Logan was riding his scooter near 179th Street and Island Circle last Tuesday when investigators said a truck struck him as he entered the intersection. Neighbors rushed to help before emergency responders arrived, and Logan was transported to the hospital with life‑threatening injuries. Despite medical efforts, he passed away four days later.
